I would like to bring your attention to a very serious issue. I sent money to my second account to pay for my subscription, but the money disappeared as if it had been stolen. And it’s not just me: my friend also faced a similar problem. She received notifications confirming the transaction, but the money never arrived.
So we are not alone, and this shows there is a real issue. It is very worrying and frustrating, especially when we put our trust in the platform and make efforts to save money in order to pay for our subscription.
I understand that no system is perfect, but losing money in this way is really discouraging. I sincerely hope you can investigate this situation and find a solution to protect users, their money, and their trust.
