And it’s not just me: my friend also faced a similar problem. She received notifications confirming the transaction, but the money never arrived.
So we are not alone, and this shows there is a real issue. It is very worrying and frustrating, especially when we put our trust in the platform and make efforts to save money in order to pay for our subscription.
